Restore consolidation periods

The Restore Period page enables you to restore previously backed up periods.

To access the Restore Period page, click Period management > Restore Period.

Restore a period

1. Click , navigate to and select the backup file you want to restore. The selected file is uploaded and the consolidation periods available in the backup are displayed.

     Note:  The periods in the backup file are displayed only if the backup file is valid.

2. From the list of periods, select the one(s) you want to restore.

3. You have these options:

   • To overwrite the periods that exist currently and replace them with the ones you just selected, click Overwrite existing periods.

   • To use the same security as defined in the current consolidation period instead of the security stored in the backup file, select Copy access rights from current working period.

4. Click .
